Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) Provider Network
Regional Technical Assistance - Northeast

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Capacity Building Assistance (NYC CBA) Project works to strengthen the capacity and improve the performance of the nation’s HIV workforce through technical assistance in the Northeast region, including: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, US Virgin Islands, and Vermont.

As your CBA provider team, we will work collaboratively to serve 9 states and two Island territories (see map to the right). We look forward to working with your organization and other CDC-funded health departments and directly-funded community-based organizations in the Northeast.
