NYCHealthTraining is a collaboration of Bureau Initiatives within the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Bureau of HIV/AIDS, Clinical Operations Technical Assistance (COTA) Program.
Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) Program
NYC CBA MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the NYC CBA is to provide evidenced-based capacity building assistance that supports the provision and delivery of High Impact HIV Prevention (HIP) strategies rooted in the principles of National HIV/AIDS Strategy (NHAS) and to facilitate information exchange and collaboration among national CBA providers and the Centers for the Disease Control.
Training and Technical Assistance Program (T-TAP)
T-TAP MISSION STATEMENT
The T-TAP mission is to provide comprehensive training and technical assistance to support NYC service providers in their HIV-related work. We fulfill our mission through the dissemination and development of evidence-based curricula, skills transfer, and organizational capacity development.
CLINICAL OPERATIONS MISSION STATEMENT
The Clinical Operations unit is committed to delivering training and technical assistance support to the HIV workforce in New York City. We conduct yearly assessments of HIV clinics in order to develop and deliver tailored support to clinics throughout New York City.
Electronic System for HIV/AIDS Reporting and Evaluation (eSHARE)
eSHARE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE MISSION STATEMENT
The eSHARE Technical Assistance team provides Technical Assistance and training to HIV/AIDS Services providers in New York City and the Tri County (Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties) region of New York. We provide subject matter expertise and instructions on the use of the eSHARE software. In addition we coordinate application development and support, as well as communications and problem resolutions for programmatic issues with DOHMH Project Officers, Research and Evaluation and Quality Assurance teams.
